8. Can I change my account plan?
You can change your account plan at any time but the new plan will be effective from the next billing cycle.
9. What is the level of data protection?
Our servers run on RAID 1/10 hardware with Enterprise Grade Hot-Plug or Hot-Swappable Disk Drives which provide high performance and fault tolerance to disk failures. Data is being written simultaneously on two disks. In the event of one disk failure, the system will continue to operate and in the meanwhile, we replace the faulty disk. All our systems and of course SAN are configured with hot space disk. The hot spare disk will take over the faulty disk immediately after disk failure. Apart from these, network/tape backups exist which protect data in case of disaster.
10. How about the VPS performance?
We do not compromise on VPS performance for any reason. We do not overload our servers with too many VPS. We generate the performance statistical reports periodically and tune the system components if required. Our capacity planning process can foresee the future growth and helps us to take appropriate action in advance.
